How to get support

Two simple steps: generate a support report, then contact us via the JSM portal.

Generate a support report

The plugin creates a JSON diagnostic report containing only aggregate counts and technical metadata — never personal data.

  1. Open Link-a-Link → Support
  2. Click "Generate Support Report"
  3. Download the JSON file
  4. Attach it to your support ticket

Contact via JSM portal

Open a ticket through our Jira Service Management customer portal. Choose the right request type and attach your support report.

  1. Click "Contact Support" below
  2. Select your request type
  3. Attach the JSON support report
  4. Submit and we'll get back to you
