End User Agreement
The legal terms governing your installation and use of the Link-a-Link plugin for Confluence Cloud.
This End User Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal contract between you (either an individual or a legal entity) and Agilva Solutions governing your use of the Link-a-Link plugin. By installing, activating, or using the Plugin, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Plugin.
This Agreement is entered into between Agilva Solutions ("Licensor", "we", "us", "our") and the individual, organisation, or entity that installs, activates, or otherwise uses the Link-a-Link plugin for Confluence Cloud ("Licensee", "you", "your").
This Agreement is supplementary to, and does not replace, the Atlassian Marketplace End User Agreement. In the event of a conflict between this Agreement and the Atlassian Marketplace End User Agreement, the Atlassian Marketplace End User Agreement shall prevail to the extent of the inconsistency, except where this Agreement provides additional or more specific terms relevant to the Plugin.
Acceptance of terms occurs when any of the following happens: (a) you click "Install" on the Atlassian Marketplace listing; (b) you activate the Plugin in a Confluence workspace; (c) any user in your workspace accesses or uses the Plugin.
